HVAC Ductwork

Rectangular and round ducts are manufactured to meet the most stringent HVAC and industrial specifications and quality standards. These ducts are fabricated from hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets of lock-forming quality as the standard duct material. Kitchen Exhaust Grease Duct Insulation

BAS-CVS offers FyreWrap Elite 1.5 Insulation, which meets local authority requirements, complies with NFPA 96 requirements, and has been tested to various standards including ASTM E2336, ASTM E2816, UL 2221, ISO 6944, BS 476 Part24, EN 1366-1, ASTM E119, and ASTM E814, etc. which covers almost all the applications.

Life Safety Dampers

BAS-CVS offers a comprehensive range of UL Classified Life Safety Dampers, including fire dampers, smoke dampers, combination fire and smoke dampers, corridor dampers, and ceiling dampers. Corridor Smoke Management System Dampers

BAS-CVS offers a range of UL Classified Life Safety Dampers designed for installation in Corridor Smoke Management Systems. In these systems, installation areas are often highly restricted and difficult to access, making it challenging to install retaining angles in compliance with codes and standards such as UL, NFPA, and ICC. To address this issue, BAS-CVS has developed an innovative UL Classified damper that requires no retaining angles for installation.

Ceiling Dampers

BAS-CVS Ceiling Dampers are tested to either UL 555C (for non-wood truss/joist construction) or UL 263 (for wood truss/joist construction). They are designed to serve as a heat barrier in air-handling openings that penetrate the ceiling membrane of fire-resistive floor-ceiling or roof-ceiling assemblies for which they have been evaluated.

Control Dampers

BAS-CVS Control Dampers are AMCA certified for air performance and leakage. Manual control dampers, used for air balancing, come with a manual hand quadrant. Motorized control dampers, designed for shutoff or air mixing applications, are equipped with actuators that can be two-position, floating, or modulating.

Air Terminal Units (ATU) / VAV Boxes

BAS-CVS Air Terminal Units (ATUs) are zone-level air distribution devices that regulate airflow to ensure maximum occupant comfort. These units are used to control the temperature within a specific zone, maintaining the desired occupied space temperature. Air terminal units are available with standalone as well as BMS compatible applications such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
